Rickman Family Session

In a nut shell this is how booking this session went:

Amanda: Hey Chris and I need to book a session for Christmas cards.

Me: Heck Yes!  Can we do it in your mother-in-law's yard?

Amanda: Sounds good to me.

I've eaten dinner a few times just down the street from here at Hays City Store always during that golden hour and I sit there an basically die over the light each and every time.  Something about the light in this particular stretch of road is nothing short of magical.  Happy Photographer over here and I just love when sessions happen where people live.

Plus these are two people who are just good people that Tyler and I kind of think are awesome.  Amanda sold our Belterra house we closed on this week and is our realtor as we build a new one in Whispering Hollow.  We've been in pretty much constant contact over the last 6 months and she was great at taking care of us on our roller coaster ride of selling our first home.  If you're buying or selling in the Buda area, definitely call Prosper Properties.

And then of course there is Wilbur.  Is he not the perfect fur baby for photos?  He's so chill and handled this session like a champ.
